TEAM Embassy is a discipleship school with two tiers of training.

First, TEAM Lite equips believers to live in the Spirit by giving them the how-to tools to effectively deal with their own wounds quickly and completely, tap into the fruit of the Spirit in everyday life, and do self-deliverance. That is the starting place.

Second, TEAM Embassy trains believers to be competent ministers and teachers of what they learned in TEAM Lite.

We use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ (2 Cor. 10:4-5).

Day of the Saints

We are entering the Day of the Saints. All saints should be equipped, not just the "experts". All saints are called to become coaches to equip one another (Matthew 28:18-20).

Our purpose

Our purpose is to train believers to use the how-to’s, their own God tools, to help themselves, help others, and even equip one another, so that the whole body can grow up in Christ, unto full spiritual maturity (Ephesians 4:13).

The Five Fold ministry gifts of Christ (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers) were given to the church to equip the saints to do the work of the ministry. They have the responsibility to "equip God's people to do His work" and to build up the church (congregations of believers) unto unity. That means that believers must learn to deal with their own issues and die to their own agendas—and help one another do the same. Only then can one accord, or unity, happen.

Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-16 NLT).

The priesthood of the believer

All believers are called to be ministers, or coaches. The priesthood of the believer was one of the great truths rediscovered in the time of Martin Luther, at the beginning of the Protestant Reformation but is has not been fully implemented in modern day church function. The church must change helpless pew sitters into ministers, spectators into participators. This is the ultimate Christian Life discipleship calling for every saint: the priesthood of the believer.

Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us [all believers] the ministry of reconciliation...(2 Corinthians 5:18-19).

[Y]ou also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ (1 Peter 2:5).

•     All believers are called to be ministers.

•     All saints are called to be coaches for one another.

Make disciples, not converts

Only equipped disciples can equip disciples. A true disciple is someone who has mastered what the Master teaches. But you must receive before you can give it to others. That is the true meaning of discipleship—the equipped become equippers. Jesus commissioned believers to make disciples of the nations, not just barely-saved converts.

God authorized and commanded me to commission you: Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life [make disciples], marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. I'll be with you as you do this, day after day afterday, right up to the end of the age (Matthew 28:18-20 MSG).
